I work with at-risk youth in the Rochester City School District, these young men are hard to get engaged and focused on a topic by the time adterschool enrichments take place. When Herb came to the classroom to speak with these young men he was able to get them to be fully engaged and involved into the conversation. Being both knowlageable and professional in the field of success coaching and motivation Herb was a valued guest speaker and role model to students that requested he come back soon to speak.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new client, the first step is to clearly understand what their needs are. I will typically ask 3 or 4 questions in order to get clarity on what they are looking for. I also encourage clients to ask me any and all questions regarding our services. It’s important to gather as much information as possible to ensure we are a good fit for each other.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a masters in strategic leadership, consulting & coaching experience at a high level. But the most preparation I’ve gotten..... is being the oldest sibling of 5!
How did you get started doing this type of work?
During my masters program I served as the Graduate Assistant for Multicultural and Leadership affairs. Throughout these two years I facilitated numerous diversity workshops, mentored many college students & served as a motivational speakers to large events
