Faton responded immediately to my first Thumbtack request for a mason. He came for quote exactly as scheduled; he delivered a fair and timely quote for the job. He did miscalculate length of job, however it was clearly inadvertent misstep. We were still confident he was best man for our job. He started at promised start date - and to watch his meticulous work was kind of amazing- and certainly a relief that we had chosen the right man (we received 2 other quotes) He finished on Memorial Day - he called to see if it was a problem to do so! We have had a lot of bad problems with contractors in the last few years - and there was NOTHING disappointing about Faton. Highly HIGHLY recommend!

Faton responded quickly to my project inquiry on Thumbtack. He came to the site shortly thereafter to give me a quote which was very reasonable and was able to start within a couple of weeks. His work was excellent. He was knowledgeable. His assistant was just as hard working and was very friendly. I would use Faton again and would recommend him. One item of note: This was the first time I’d had a project of this type done. I didn’t think to ask what type of equipment would be needed, how it would be brought back and forth from the road to the project area in my yard, and what damage to my lawn was reasonable to expect. At the end of the project my lawn and my neighbor’s lawn were torn up. Faton did clean it up, put top soil down and seeded. I just wish I’d known before the project started so I could have worked it out with my neighbors and been better able to prepare for the aftermath. Don’t let that dissuade you though. Just be informed. Faton did great work and his prices are very reasonable!
