~ ~ ~ Management Fees - 10% per month Your monthly management fee is 10% of your gross collected rent. We get paid to make sure your property is producing. So it behooves us to place qualified, long-term tenants that PAY their rent. If it's not rented or the tenant isn't paying, you don't pay us. Enough said. ~ ~ ~ Tenant Placement - One Month's Rent Tenant placement can be the difference between making money on your investment or not. Other companies place bad tenants, then charge you repeatedly to fill the vacancies. At SK we guarantee your tenants for one year. No additional placement fees within that year. There are a lot of moving parts during tenant placement but we handle them are swiftly behind the scenes. From advertising your unit and the application process to handing over the keys, efficiency is the key. ~ ~ ~ Maintenance Fees - 10% per project Yes, we mark-up maintenance...We charge to OVERSEE each project so nothing is overlooked. Service calls, agency and city inspections, make-readies... It can be a vicious cycle of city fines, missed rent, and unhappy tenants. THIS is what separates good pm companies from bad.
