- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Everything is done custom and to the customers specifications. Pastries and cakes will be priced accordingly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always try to get a feel for the customers personal style preferences. This can be done through pictures or mood boards.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started my training in culinary school where I then worked in product development kitchens and restaurants in the New England area.
