- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We very rarely charge by the hour. All pricing is discussed and authorized upfront before starting the job. We offer a 10% discount on repairs up to $50 for our military and senior citizen clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Especially in this day in time, we want new customers to really know and feel comfortable with who's in their home taking care of their plumbing issues. We only hire certified, drug tested and background checked technicians. We give upfront pricing before starting the job and 100% guaranteed satisfaction.
