- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do Free estimates and free color consultations! But we only charge by the job instead of by the sq foot.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We come in and give you a free quote and a free color consultation if needed, then you let us know when you want to start and we get you scheduled as soon as possible. We only use homeowners grade paint, usually sherwin Williams, but have used others upon customers request. We write out a contract with everything we discussed and everything we will be doing. Once the customer reads the contract and makes sure it’s all correct they sign the contract and then will receive a copy. As well as anytime a payment is made to us, they will also receive a receipt as well. We will do the work and then make sure the customer is completely 100% satisfied before cleaning up to leave. Before we walk out of the door everything will be cleaned up and neat as the way it was when we arrived. Also if there are any questions or concerns later on or if they do seem to spot something we may have missed, we do stand behind our work and will come out and fix it free of charge.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
We have been painting for a while. For my husband it’s been almost his whole life for me only a few years. I started painting with him and realized I was really good at it and had a real passion for it. I love my job and meeting the people I come into contact with on a daily basis.
