- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don't really have a standard pricing system setup. All of my work is fairly custom and with that you get a custom price tag. There are cases in which I'll do hourly labor or labor by the foot so let's sit down and find a method that works for us both.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In most cases, I prefer to come out and meet you. See the work area. Then I give a custom estimate on the spot.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My knowledge comes from a fairly wide range. Mostly from my father, some self-taught, and quite a bit from the various construction jobs I've had in the past.
