What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are very friendly and like to make our new customers feel comfortable at our studio. We want the customer to feel relaxed and let them focus on their creativity and bring out their best performance possible while working with us.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked with many recording studios in the past being a professional touring musician for over 30 years in the industry.
I have taken The Recording Connection professional education course in 1998.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I grew up around a family that was heavily involved with music and has always been a part of me. I started dabbling with recording equipment at a very young age and it just has always been a part of me.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with all walks of people and we enjoy working with so many different ideas and have learned so much from everyone we have worked with. Music truly is the universal language.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Susan Aquila's newest album "Miss Conduct" has been an amazing project to work on and is really taking off. Susan is a Grammy-nominated singer/violinist from New York, NY who has performed with a ton of huge names from Elton John to Metallica and everyone in between. It has truly been a pleasure working with such great talent.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Don't settle for less. This is your art, don't settle for mediocre especially in this day and age where there's more competition than ever before.
