Chand is an amazing personal trainer that truly cares about helping you become the best you can be. 2 years ago I didn't know anything about kickboxing, but with Chand's help, patience, and guidance I have made more progress than I had ever hoped for. Every session I have had with him he pushes me to my limits while perfecting my technique. For you weekend warriors who have tried and like crossfit, boot camp, and P90X etc....you will love the unique workout you get Boxing or Kick boxing under coach Chand Tubio's personal guidance. As a beginner Chand made me feel very comfortable and has a lot of patience while you learn the basics. I highly recommend you give it a try You will get cardio and core work all in a 1/2 hour and have a great time doing it!

I first met Chand about a year and a half ago when he was teaching a kickboxing class at my gym. A couple of months later, I started doing private boxing sessions with him. Chand has pushed me to continuously challenge myself. He has helped me achieve more than I thought I could, as far as strength, power, and agility. If you want someone to hold your hand, that's not Chand. If you want an "in your face" trainer, he's not that either. If you want someone to push you, challenge you, and help you achieve your goals, Chand's your guy.

Chand is intensely focused on providing technique-based training. I've been working with him for almost a year. He is extremely knowledgeable and is always willing to go out of his way to help me expand my kickboxing skills. Chand worked with me to set goals for myself when I first started, and he has differentiated his instruction based on my feedback and progress. I'm always learning new skills, while developing technique, and then applying them in classes and sparring situations. He is very patient and always made me feel comfortable, especially when I first started. Chand's experience and expertise have truly been invaluable.

Excellent training and workout. Very cardio intensive and helps with overall coordination and movement.
