- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We don't charge a large initial fee and then come back in 30 days and charge you again. We also charge less than most companies as well.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Call Kelly and she will tell you every detail from first-hand experience. She's the only office person that has actually done the job that I know of.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I (Allan) was trained at Clark Pest in the 90's for residential homes. Terminix for commercial buildings. Roseville pest for residential termite. Hitmen pest for commercial and residential termite. Combined termite and pest control and rodent exclusion at Hitmen in Napa county. Managerial training at small local company. Studied and pass operators license test Structural pest control board of California.
