- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
all pricing is upfront and will not change inless additional work is agreed upon by the customer, there are no travel fees and the estimate is free
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will set an appointment with the customer that fits both our schedules I do not charge travel fees so I arrive see the scope of the work give an accurate and competitive price for the job once agreed upon I usually begin work the same day
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been in the electrical field for 26 years , from new wires to rewiring of furnished homes and troubleshooting and repair of just about anything electrical in the home
