FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices range from $25-$75 for in person session training. I also have online strength and nutrition coaching for reduced cost, but not reduced quality. Clients can elect to purchase programs from me for a one time fee for anything ranging from 4, 6, 8, 9, 12, and 16 weeks! Very well priced and all include basic nutrition information, strength programs, and valuable mobility programs for off days and injury rehabilitation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Normally, I meet with the potential client, discuss where they are currently, the goals they have in mind, and then I lay out the platform for how we are going to get them achieving these goals. The current physical condition of the new client will dictate how fast or slow we delve into training. Regardless, the first meeting is to assess mobility, stability, absolute strength, and conditioning foundation. From there, I am able to create the program and the client and I may begin the journey.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science that correlates directly to Personal Training, but more than that, it also provides me a much more intricate knowledge with anatomy and physiology which in turn allows me to more effectively and SAFELY, bring a client from point A to Point Z.
