We had Sweet Exteriors update our Master Bathroom by removing wallpaper, wall repair, painting, new tile floor, faucets for sinks and shower. The bathroom actually looks larger and has a great new feeling. They also did several other great jobs like our deck repair and stain, gutters, front porch railings, hallway bathroom. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First is to meet with the customer and figure out exactly what they are looking for and to get a understanding of what they want, what kind of budget, and how we can make it happen through design and construction.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our project lead is a former journeyman carpenter and journeyman roofer with 20 years of construction field work knowledge in almost every aspect of construction. So if it is possible or impossible, he can make it a reality. Also we a members of the Nation Association of the Remodeling Industry so we have high standards and quality and an reasonable price.
