Ed has been my Personal Trainer for the past 2 years and has helped me through my many fitness goals. I originally started working with Ed to lose weight. Once I met me goal weight I switched gears and wanted to focus on my running endurance, Ed switched my training to meet that goal. For the past couple of months I have wanted to work of muscle definition. Once again Ed was there with a new training plan and how I'm loving the results. I tried to do it alone but found that I more consistent & saw far better results when working with Ed a couple times a week. So, if being my Personal Trainer wasn't enough, he's currently in Massage Therapy school and convinced me to get a massage from him. I was a bit skeptical at first but as it turns out, Ed's just as professional & skilled in massages as he is in Personal Training. To date, he has given me 5 massages. Each time he has been completely professional, addressed my problem areas, and given an amazingly relaxing massage.

I first used Ed 3yrs ago when I wanted to lose weight for my wedding. He helped me look & feel amazing in my wedding dress! Last fall my husband & I discovered our love for mud runs but found we aren't really in the best to complete all of the obstacles. We just hired Ed to help us build strength & endurance so that we can be more competitive and complete the obstacles in our mud runs this coming season.
