- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?1) Airspace check - is the area open for flight, will we need a waiver/authorization, or are drones not allowed there, period? 2) Discover or clarify the client's vision for the project. How many shots? What kind of final product? What style? What lighting? 3) Provide our client with an estimate that reflects our time spent on site, our post-production work, and any other potential costs. Draft a license agreement for the images collected. 4) Work with the client to establish a plan for the on-site work. 5) Meet with the client on-site and set up any necessary safety gear; get situated and familiar with the work environment. 6) Operate! Fly, take photos, work with the creative directors on site, if any. 7) Confirm the rough product with the client. 8) Perform any post-production work and confirm the finished product with the client 9) Deliver!
