What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Before accepting a job I suggest clients to look at my online portfolio [igorskibenko.com] to get an idea of what to expect working with me. During the initial communication I clarify what is the desired impression that my client wants to create with the final images (love, passion, professionalism, joy, calmness, etc.). This helps me to create a photo session atmosphere to get the best results and meet clients' expectations.
For portrait sessions I start with communication to set up the desired mood, and allow the model to relax and get to a natural state.
For weddings I need to meet the couple in person during setting up an agreement. Having a lot of experience photographing weddings I help the couple to navigate through their event with joy and less stress.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Academic course on artistic portrait photography. Master of Adobe Photoshop certification. Multiple classes on photography, printing and image post- production which I teach at Isigma Photo school [isigmaphoto.com]
Do you have a standard pricing system for your service? If so, please share the details here.
Flexible pricing, depending on the required service and options.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Photography and teaching are two of my passions. My job allows me not only to depict the beauty of the world and people in it, but also to help other photographers to recognize their own voice in visual art.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Individuals and companies who need quality products, professional expertise and stress free solutions of their projects.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Personalized photo book for photographer's portfolio. During the project, which took about seven hours in total, I evaluated the best photos of the photographer, helped to select images for the book, and to sequence them. After discussion of the visual style of the entire photo story I made the retouching, color styling and design of the book. After print proofing I ordered the books, and five days later they got delivered to the happy client.

Check the provider's professional portfolio, as well as some other examples of his (her) work online.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
How would you describe the desired impression from your future final product? Communicating that to the provider will help to balance your expectation with creativity of the provider.
