The Perfect Workout is unlike anything you've ever experienced! I have been doing this workout for well over two years and will be doing it for the rest of my life! There is nothing more effective or more safe out there. I am 6 months pregnant and still I am training 2x/week. This
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?The Perfect Workout has no enrollment or setup fees. It starts with a personal 1-on-1 Learning Session where you meet with your own personal trainer and discuss any concerns, note any injuries and establish your goals. From there, your trainer will take you through your own personalized workout. This introductory session also includes a take home kit (valued at over $300) filled with real client success stories, a book on the benefits of slow-motion strength training and instructions on how to perform The Perfect Workout on your own at home. The Introductory Learning Session normally costs $75, but we are offering it to you here for FREE. If you decide after your learning session that the program does not fit in your budget, you still get all the information on how you can perform the workout at home on your own. Regardless of whether you continue training with us or not, you must come in for our Learning Session, as the information is truly life changing!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Our trainers complete an extensive Slow Motion High-Intensity Strength Training Certification program that includes 5 written test, 3 practical exams, and several hours of in location, hands-on studying. All trainers maintain a current CPR/AED Certification by the American AED CPR Association.
