- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?While our pricing may not always seem to be the lowest, we stand by our work 100%. All of our work is guaranteed for an entire year, labor and material. Going with the cheapest up front may cost you in the long run.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Every new customer speaks directly with an owner to ensure that there is a complete understanding of what the want to accomplish with their project. Once the scope of work is defined the most appropriate tech is assigned to the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?All of our techs obtain continuing education on a yearly basis to keep current on code updates.
