Introduction: I have been in the fitness industry for over 3 years and I found my passion for personal training when I was 20 years old and weighed about 280 pounds which in return caused me to have several health issues. I have a love for working out and eating right, especially after I lost 100lbs and ended up with a clean bill of health. I specialize in weight loss, strength training, functional training and sports performance. I have worked in a physical therapy clinic working with many injuries to help clients overcome injuries. I have helped multiple clients become successful in their fitness journey from losing 80lbs, setting new personal records in certain exercises, and even helped clients join sports teams and strive on and off the field.
The main reason I love what I do is helping others reach their goals. Whether big or small I get the best satisfaction in knowing my clients are constantly growing not just along their fitness journey but as a person as well. That's what I enjoy the most about coaching others. I know how hard the struggle is when it comes to losing weight and becoming healthier and that allows me to not only understand my clients more on a business level but as a personal level as well.
