- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For most projects, we come to the customer's home and provide a free written proposal. Most of the time, we can write the proposal at that visit. Having a site visit gives us the tools to provide an exact estimate, and go over all the pertinent details of the project. We can talk about permits, how long the project will take, what areas we need access to, and answer any questions the customer may have. When the project is booked, we stage that job to our installers. The estimator that was at the customer's home has the chance to review the project with the installer(s) and go over all details. Once the installers are on site, they will again review all the details, install the services, and review the final details of the project. The customer will have a chance to ask questions, and talk with the estimator throughout the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our company values ongoing education and training. Our company offers company paid employee continuing education. We continually stay on top of new technology and trends on the market. We also complete factory certification for our crews every year.
