- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process for working with a new client includes an onboarding meeting. My goal ultimately is to discover the vision of the client and collaborate with them in an overall strategy to assist in achieving their desired vision. This stage contributes to the foundation that begins our business relationship and it is critical in determining that we are a good fit for each other. An initial onboarding meeting can be done in person, via phone, FaceTime, or Skype (client’s preference). This is our time to get comfortable introductions, discuss details of the project, and together get a clear understanding of needs/expectations. Within 24 hours of this meeting, I will submit a proposal. If you choose to accept this proposal, we will schedule a convenient time to begin your project.
