Introduction: I have been in the hospitality industry for over 20 years and doing all aspect of positions from bartender, server,prep cook and even manager/supervisor.
I now jump into catering for the last 5 years with a great team of servers, bartender and chefs. We can had any events from a sit down plated 3/4/5 course dinner, standard buffet or pass around cocktail hour
