Introduction: Why keep paying 6% to sell your home? Technology has made it easier than ever to get the right buyers looking at your home. This means what would have taken a Realtor a month to show your home to 50 people can now be done in one day. So why keep paying 4% to 6% in commission? What is our flat fee? Our clients pay $3,495 to sell a home with us. Considering the median home price in the Sacramento area, that's about 1% of the average home's purchase price. Under the old model, to sell a $350,000 home, a home seller would pay up to $21,000 (6%) in commission! I enjoy helping clients sell their home in the least amount of time and net the most amount of money.

Justin was extremely professional, always available and did exactly what he promised. I am just amazed at how well everything went when he's charging so much less than everyone else I could have chosen to work with.

He started his career working for one of Warren Buffet's top producing brokerages, Guarantee Real Estate, a division of Berkshire Hathaway. It was there he became an expert in the real estate field, becoming one of the top producers from 2011 through 2013. Justin was then recruited to join California Real Estate Properties, where utilizing our flat-fee program, he's helped homeowners and real estate investors throughout California.
