EMC electrician has made my day because they took their professionalism above and beyond to help me assemble and install my beautiful fan. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The way I have my pricing set up is. 150.00 minimum and 75.00 an hour. Or I will also bid the job for a flat rate. I also will beat anyone's price, hands down.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our goal is always to make sure the customer is happy. We are able to correspond via Thumbtack, text message or phone. Whatever is easiest for the customer. I usually touch base via phone call or text. Then email a estimate after speaking with the customer about details of job.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been in the industry for almost 18 years. I specialize in troubleshooting electrical. And retrofitting lighting, such as recessed can lights. Wall sconce lights and parking lot lights.
