- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1) initial phone interview to find out what the clients needs are. 2) set up a time to meet in person (skype, what ever is the best way to serve the client) 3) review goals and expectations in person and see if we will be a good fit for each other . What are your expectations for us and what are ours for you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Years of continuing education to ensure we are on top of the latest laws and tools to provide you the best service
