If you are looking for someone to build you a new website, make sure you are granted full rights to the finished work and that the developer has used licensed photos. Also ensure that the website is one that can be managed by an outside party (as opposed to the developer's proprietary content-management system) in case you decide to end your business relationship with that provider.
