HDM was one of the few companies that genuinely wanted to fix our roof. Other estimators came, but they didn't show any interest. Jonathon gave us our estimate and was very informative. We had the work scheduled that week. We initially needed a repair to a vent boot that water was leaking past along with some other minor repairs, but when they got there I was told the shingle was near the end of its life because as they pulled them up, they were coming away really easily. The shingle should have been holding together better. So we ended up rescheduling for a new roof along with the other needed repairs. Our roof was replaced and the site was clean within 6 hrs. They put in a water/ice barrier, drip edge along the perimeter, flashing, ridge vents, and new shingle. I would recommend HDM to anyone who needs some roof work.

The experience from start to finish was easy and painless! HDM Builders was very responsive to all my questions, provided a fair and accurate quote, performed the job quickly, and charged a fair price when it was all said and done. my best advice for a customer looking to hire a roofer is make sure they are licensed. Never let them talk you into pulling the permit yourself. A reputable roofing company will always be the one to pull the permit
