Our pricing model is based on hours, work to be done as well as delivery expertise.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The on-boarding process for our new clients is simple. We set up a time to talk so we can listen to our customer's ideas and needs, then we come up with a plan and confirm pricing, next we execute the production. It's the same process for photos, videos, etc. And finally, after the product is complete we deliver the final results to the client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are highly trained and educated in graphics, visual arts, videos and we also keep on top of the technology trends within our industry.
