- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
as long as we make enough to pay for materials labor and make a fair wage we always try to bid Fair as possible, and we never ask for pay until the job is done and the customer is totally satisfied we have never had a complaint, but it really depends on how many brick how hard the job is to get to the location, so when we bid we keep that in mind
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
we usually meet at the job, my dad looks it over ask the customer what they want done and then my Dad gives advice on the best way of doing it and then we discuss price and when we can get started
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
well my dad has done this for over 35 years, there are many people who have went to school for masonry work who come to my dad for advice I guess in this type of work experience is education
