- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Yes, regardless of the caliber of your home or business our proposal will be consistent. Its based off of a formula that accounts for both materials and the amount of time the project will take. More expensive materials and a more detailed scope of work will reflect the price accordingly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? We love to give free in person estimates to get eyes on the project and have to opportunity to connect with the potential client. We also know that your time is valuable and if the project does not require an estimate (many don't) we're happy to give one through thumbtack. After accepting our estimate, you are put on the schedule and will receive a confirmation phone call or text on the day the work is to be done. Our number one priority is customer satisfaction and our reviews reflect that!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?I ran a handyman business for 3 years and was the president of my neighborhood HOA on Lake Norman in NC. My primary responsibility was the lawn and yard care of the community beach front lot. In July of 2017 my family moved back to Roswell GA to be near family and I started my Lawn and Home Business named after my family and the Creek that fueled the Historic Mill here.
