FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I’ve always worked with those clients whose budgets are tight; I offer special rates for clients whose projects have intrinsically great value. However, if it becomes obvious a customer is taking advantage of my graciousness, integrity, and hard work, I have no qualms about reporting this person to Thumbtack and any other groups of interest. My standards are high; my work ethics are above reproach. I put my all into another’s work and will not have my honesty impugned. My ways are steeped in Christian values.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to meet in person at first - at no charge to the prospective client - to get a general sense of the individual’s personality, objectives, and goals for the project at hand. At this point, we may discuss the timeframe and objective of the work, and agree on a mutually satisfactory cost of the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
B.A. in English (Emory University, Atlanta, combined with U. of London, U. of Edinburgh, and Oxford U. {Christ the King College} - UK. Business owner 12+ years; HR Manager at globally recognized corporation.
