Introduction: I have a strong work ethic, treat each customer as if they were my only one, and pride myself in being prompt, professional, and courteous. I enjoy solving technical problems for people since technology is my forte. It's very rewarding to be in a position where virtually every time I go on a service call I am able to solve a wide array of technical complications for my customers. Then to see the customer's satisfaction/appreciation for resolving those problems makes it all worthwhile. Especially when it comes to data recovery. There have been many times when a customer had no backup of their data (photos, videos, documents, etc.) and feared everything was gone forever. Being able to retrieve their files, assist them with easy backup options then helping to give them peace of mind is also very gratifying.

We needed a wireless network installed in our consignment shop so we can accept credit cards for purchases and do remote inventory throughout the store. Mr. Gamble installed the access points and established multiple layers of security. Customers can now purchase their items with a debit or credit card because we can provide a secure connection for the transaction. I would use Micro-Advisor again because Mr. Gamble was very smart and polite and was especially accommodating to do the installation without interfering with the business day. There have been no problems or down time and the price that he charged was very reasonable. Also, his work was very neat and the access points are not obtrusive.

My computer had been running fine until I was getting an error message about the windows page file being too small. My computer seemed to be running extremely slow and rebooting would not solve the problem. A friend referred Tim to me for help. Tim was able to effectively troubleshoot my computer, identified and removed malware, and made the needed changes to my computer to work like it did when I first bought it. I have referred him to my family and friends should they need his service.
