I called and spoke with Steven Little, very knowledgable and very professional. They came right over, spoke with me about my options and set up their equipment and the process began. Our water heater broke spewing water from our attic through our ceiling and onto our wooden floors. Steven with Premier Restoration & Reconstruction came in and replaced everything that had been damaged and handled the insurance the whole way. We are great full for the team at Premier.

Highly recommend. Very professional and well mannered.. inspects and walks you through the process at the same time informing you what the issue is and explains in detail on what he will b doing to fix the problem. Answers all questions and gives u helpful info on what to do if something may occur if he isn't presant. Pays attention to every little tedious detail and does an outstanding job all around. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We use Xactimate software that almost all insurance carriers use to estimate damages so our pricing will always be accepted. When a homeowner pays out of pocket I discount my bills 20% to make things more affordable across the board.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First thing to start is to acknowledge any safety risks and accommodate. After that we will walk through the entire process so that everyone is on the same page. Once we agree on a scope of work Premier does not accept any money up front when dealing with your insurance company. We will trust you as you will trust us in your home. At Premier Restoration all of our staff are state and federally background checked safety and peace of mind are our guarantee.
