- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I look for a solution with the client. If it is hourly, then I go that route, if they are more comfortable for a set price, then that can work too. Ultimately, to match up the right service with the right price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Get them comfortable with trusting me. The key to any new relationship is trust and I start with that immediately.
