I've been using LawnStarter for over a year. The service is stress free. I am set up on auto pay. I don't have to worry about when they will come out. They send me a message via email and text days before they are going to come out. My grass always looks amazing and I get questions from my neighbors asking who cuts my lawn each week. I would highly recommend this service if you are looking for a stress free landscaping services.

They were here when they said they would be, and that hasn't always been my experience with other lawn care pros. I didn't get the deal they said I would get for my first mow, but I contacted Cust Svc, and they assure me that my next mow will be discounted to reflect the promotional fee I was promised.

Great service. We easily scheduled bi-weekly lawn mowing completely through their web portal. We decided the length was a bit too short, so we logged into the site, adjusted the grass level, and it done that way the next week. When the weather is bad, they move their visit forward or back a day to compensate. It's like a magic power that keeps our lawn looking good with literally no effort on our side (exactly how we need it). Highly recommend!

LawnStarter was great to work with! We had trouble with the initial crew showing up for the first two scheduled appointments. However, after reaching out they coordinated with a different crew to come out a few days later. Overall, we felt the crew did a great job on our overgrown lawn and we appreciated the quick response time!

We price using your address to determine the actual lawn size and then use the lowest industry rates for the area to quote you the best offer that we can.

From there, we typically reserve a weekly time or bi-weekly depending on a customers' needs. We also set them up with a customer account so they can manage their service online as they please.
