- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are very affordable for the level of work I do and for the after-support I provide.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, I prefer to have a conversation with a customer about what their desired outcome is. With Social Media Marketing, I usually want to do a Digital Marketing Assessment (DMA) to determine where the client is ranking at the moment versus their top two competitors. I formulate my game plan for improvement based on that assessment. Similarly, with web development projects, I like to listen to what the customer's desired outcome is for how they want their site to feel, look, and function. I confer with my customers along the way to keep them in the loop on where things stand and in case last minute adjustments are requested. I always use the latest cutting-edge technologies and tools to deliver a website that functions as its owner intends it to and needs it to.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied web development at Butler Community College in Andover, KS. I got my Microsoft certifications from ExecuTrain in Wichita, KS.
