Jody built 2 houses for me from the ground to turn key and they are beautiful. He also remodeled 2 house for me and they look like brand new homes. I haven't found a home improvement project yet that Jody can not complete like a master.

Jody did a FANTASTIC job repairing my window sill. Other contractors were quoting 3+ hours and he was able to complete everything from start to finish - including a quick drive to the hardware store - within just 1 hour and 15 minutes. The window sill now looks BETTER than before. I would for sure contact Jody for future home projects or repairs! To set up our appointment Jody was very responsive and great with communication.

Remember that a quote is a quote that it could Chang bc of unforeseen problems and If I’m purchasing materials then I require a deposit. If just labor and job doesn’t go over a week I don’t ask for deposit.
