I personally meet and greet all new customers followed by bid once we've come to a agreement we work on scheduling once scheduled my crew does the work in a timely and professional manner with attention to detail and the "do it once do it right" mentality. Once completed a final walk-through with the homeowner would take place and if the homeowner is happy a final bill will be handed to them.
