- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I contact the client to meet him, understand, and discuss the type of project, colors, wood, and square footage of the project Second, I will provide all type of samples according to what he/she is looking for. Third, I will discuss with the client the time frame of the project, when does he want me to start it, and how much deposit might be required to start the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor degree in Political Science and a Minor in Sociology from the University of Texas at Dallas, UTD. I also have more than 10 years working in the wood-floor industry. I take my client satisfaction very seriously. I have learned that the best form of advertisement is the word of mouth of a satisfied customer. Professionalism, experience, and integrity are my core values.
