FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is is based off the difficulty of the job and my personal availability - repeat customers can expect discounts up to 15%, and fees will be incurred for excessive revisions or if any stock footage or transportation must be used (and only after checking with the customer).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to find out what the customer is starting with and what they would like to end up with, which will be the basis for pricing and figuring out time frames; then I like to get a feel for what the customer would like creatively - as no two images are the same. After all this is established, I like to get the work done in a timely manner in the way the customer wants (and maybe more if there's extra time), and provide high quality final results for them to attain.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
