- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically once a request is received we will send out a landscaper to give a fair estimate based on the size and labor required. If the quote works for you we will send a crew to complete the job to your satisfaction.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
The founder of this business began as a manual laborer in landscaping and a Forman at a moving company where he later acquired his Real Estate license and finally started up Nichols Realty Management.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with customers of all backgrounds from landlords to tenants, property owners and other property managers. We are prepared and open to all who will work with us.
