- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A property visit typically gets the ball rolling. That’s actually one of the nice things about landscaping - the property visit can turn out to be a pleasant way to meet somebody; spend 5 to 10 minutes just chatting and walking their back yard. The scope of the job determines which questions I ask and the length of the visit. An involved project like a patio demands more correspondence than a simple hedge planting. Email is my preferred means of communication.
