- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
for service I charge $95 an hour if parts are needed I sell my customers Parts at cost never up price, my tune ups, for oil ,gas ,heat pumps are $105. tune-ups include filters , nozzles,strainers etc. installation depending on the size of the job and the price of the equipment, we are priced very fair
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will come out I do not charge for estimates, if it is an install I will take pictures notes and send out a bid, for tune-ups I will schedule a time, and for repair work I will come and look at it and make an assessment at that time
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 15 years working in this field, more certificates from schools than I can count I am Nora certified two classes away from gold status and I have my Nate core, I am constantly being trained and going to classes sometimes three and four times for the same class wherever I can pick up information and training I go,i have my home improvement contractors license, I have my universal ref. license, I am silver certified with nora soon to be gold, I am fully insured, and I am also osha cat. 3/10 cert.
