- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Depending on what the job is. I base some off hourly and some off of just looking at the job and past jobs I have done. I do give military and law enforcement/ fire departments discount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to go look at the property and talk to the customer first. So I can get a good feel of what they are needing done, and give them a more accurate estimate. Also can walk them thru what will be done.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Look for someone that has been in the business awhile and don't always go for the cheapest price. Also get the contractor to come look at your property before you hire them.
