For context, consider that I'm an old-fashioned meat-and-potatoes type of guy. When I have to choose from the menu in a fancy restaurant, I'm likely going for the seared-steak or tuna, seasoned simply with some salt and pepper. However, I'm actually not picky and although I'm not against trying what some might describe as eclectic, fancy foods, they just often overwhelm my palate with overly complex flavors that don't make sense and that leave me reaching for the bread.
Not with Gina - not ever! Her dishes are fantastic! Even with what I would refer to as exotic foods, that I would also tend to avoid for reasons stated above, she has the ability to switch on only the flavors that matter within each dish and also compliment the entirety of the plate. With Gina's cooking, there isn't a time I'm not left wanting more...even if it is purple-colored cabbage.

Gina is amazing! She helped me plan and prepare a spring party and because of her it was a huge success! Not only is Gina an accomplished chef, but her creativity knows no bounds with regard to decor and the little touches that make parties feel so special. She is also supremely organized and her experience really shows in the nitty-gritty details of party logistics, which allows the host more time to enjoy their own party. I cannot recommend her more highly if you want a unique, delicious and super fun party that you can be proud of and enjoy along with your guests!

Gina cooked a meal for my mother's 74th birthday celebration at home and everyone enjoyed the meal from start to finish; Gina couldn't have been more friendly, courteous and communicative. The food was great, her price was reasonable, and there is no doubt in our minds that we would hire her again should the occasion arise. I think she may have even gained a new part time client in my Mom.

I cannot express enough how great my experience was with Gina . From the phone consultation to the actual event date , she made the process very smooth and easy . My lack of knowledge of what kind of menu I wanted was not an issue because she had the perfect suggestions for a Birthday brunch event I was hosting . The food was all perfect and the crowd went wild . I highly recommend Gina and look forward to working with her again .
