Introduction: Since 2006, I have worked as a lifeguard and swim instructor, through a YMCA as well as private lessons. As of 2016, I'm a USA Swimming certified coach for a youth club team in Secaucus.
I enjoy teaching to all age groups and skill levels, from beginners to athletes. A lifelong swimmer myself, I continually practice and compete in local races.

Elizabeth is a GREAT instructor!! She is patient, encouraging and yet has gently pushed me to progress to the next level in my development. In a few short weeks she has help me go from having a serious water phobia that affected my everyday life in more ways then I thought. I have progressed from freaking out when water simply splashed may face unexpectedly to actually being able to have my face under the water without freaking out(this is HUGE!!) I leave every lesson feeling super excited that I have conquered something new that I could not do the just the week before.
