We hired Daniel for a long list of projects that we needed completed around our 30 acre farm, including tearing down and removing an old shed, rebuilding our 2nd story deck that was starting to seperate from the house, painting the exterior of the house and garage, replacing damaged trim on the garage, installing new gutters, hanging new gates for our pastures, welding replacement bars onto a wrought iron entry gate, redoing the lighting in our barn, installing automatic waterers in our horse stalls, fencing in a new 15 acre pasture with field fence and t-posts, and more. Everytime he finished one project we seemed to find another one that my aging parents could use his help on, he probably thought he would never get done with everything around here. Daniel was a pleasure to work with and really knew his way around a farm, he tried his best to find ways to make sure that the farm would be easier for my dad to maintain and tend to his animals, which I really appreciated. We've called him again and again for new and old projects and he's always willing to come do the work no matter how small the task is. After seeing some of his new pictures online, I didn't realize he built furniture too, we may need to call him again! Stephanie Rice

We originally hired Mr. Flores to remodel our kitchen. He did a beautiful job in making our old “dated” kitchen look like a high end brand new custom cabinet culinary center. I didn’t think it was possible to repurpose our old cabinets and we didn’t have the budget for what my wife was finding in the magazines, so we started searching for someone that could make her and I both happy. A friend of ours told us about this guy she knew that could build about anything and had a knack for repurposing old stuff and making it look very fancy. Once my wife saw some of his work, she was coming up with all sorts of ideas. Fortunately, we stayed focused on just the kitchen to start with. Mr. Flores was very helpful in the planning of the project and found us ways to save money by using our existing structures and some repurposed wood and hardware instead of buying everything new. We even had some of our budget and materials leftover so we asked him to build a coat rack/bench/storage center in our laundry room garage entry area after we saw the finished kitchen. I was impressed with how patient he was with my wife making a few changes in the middle of the project as well. We would certainly hire him again for future projects. Scott

We hired them to finish our basement. We wanted to make it a usable space and now it is so much more. The dream was to have a great place to entertain with a bar. They really knocked it out of the part, taking a completely unusable space and making it the coolest place to have friends. They hung drywall, laid hardwood, installed all of the plumbing and electrical, Daniel even built us a custom bar. I was really impressed that they didn’t stop with the building, but that Jess does all of the design work including picking out the furniture and décor. We kept out of the way so that when they were done we would get the big reveal like on TV, and wow! It’s really crazy how different and awesome our basement is now. Jess and Daniel, you can come over for a drink anytime!

They gave me the bathroom of my dreams! I hired Jessica and Daniel to remodel my master bath and create the bathroom I had always wanted. When we got started I wasn’t sure that what I wanted was even possible, but they pulled out all of the stops and made magic happen. Now I have an oasis in my home where I can truly relax after a long day. I love my new copper soaker tub, the floor to ceiling tile, my luxurious vanity, and all of the little details really brought the look together. I’d hire them again in a heartbeat, I want to remodel the whole house now! Here’s a tip though: Have a good idea what you want to get done and stick to that. I had to have been a nightmare client for them, I kept wanting to add and change things (which affected the budget and time line of course). So I’d say stick to the plan if you can and remember that any last minute changes will definitely affect the budget and might make the project take longer than you thought.

Everything I do is priced based on the project, some pricing is simple, like just how many hours it will take me to complete it and can be quoted with some minimal understanding of what the assignment is and others is based on the complicated nature, design work, materials and other components.

First Step is to understand what they really want in their finished project, what will it be used for, how long does it need to last, what is most important to them, and their budget.
