- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It is difficult to provide pricing without having a conversation first as there are various factors involved.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically start with a phone call then an in person visit at the location where services are needed. Once work has been done an invoice is emailed. If new equipment is installed, we do the warranties online in the customers name then email documentation to them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have almost 20 years of hands on and am required to get 8 hours of Continuing Education every year in order to renew my license.
