I'm an author and Jessica created a website to feature my books and, hopefully, sell them. She found many reviews of the books, some of which I had not seen, and added these to the website. She also found many photos to add to the site. Overall, an excellent job and a very attractive website.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Quotes are highly specific to my clients and their individual needs. Brand new website design and creation packages start at $1000. I am also available hourly and by retainer for marketing and design work.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Because I am a storyteller at heart, I like to start by getting to know you and your business. After getting to know your personality and your brand, I will always tailor my process to your needs. Based on your dreams, goals, budget and time availability, I will work with you to create a realistic plan forward that will give you measurable results.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Master's Degree from NYU in visual culture and communication and over 7 years of experience working within the non-profit, public and private sectors.
