Made an appointment several weeks in advance and confirmed the appointment a few days before. The day of the appointment I got an email canceling 15 min before she was supposed to be there and no offer to reschedule.

Response and follow-up communication were excellent. I was 95% satisfied with the cleaning. Any missed areas or disappointment may have been due to mis-communication between myself and the cleaner. This was my first experience using a cleaner.
